As a result of this commitment, we systematically apply the most advanced concepts in standardisation and software engineering and industrialisation in our production centres for solutions and services.

Based on International Standards

We manage projects and services according to an Integrated Management System for Quality, Security and Continuity, oriented towards quality management and based on International Standards, subject to controls and audits for their renewal:

  • ISO 9001 (ER-0698/1999, ER-0158/2017), for the different activities that make up the integrated Quality Management System (QMS).
  • ISO 20000-1 (STI-0008/2009, STI-0003/2017, STI-0054/20), for the Service Management System (SGS).
  • ISO 27001 (SI-0071/2010, SI-0005/2015, SI-0302/19), for the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
  • ISO 27018 (SPI-0002/19), para la Plataforma IberCloud PCI (multicliente), extendiendo el SGSI y conformando un Código de Prácticas para la Protección de la Identificación de Identificación Personal PII.
  • ISO 27701 (TSI-0003/20), for the IberCloud PCI Platform (multi-client), extending the ISMS and forming a Code of Practice for the Protection of PII Identification.
  • Adherence to the Digital Pact for People, promoted by the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
  • ISO 22301 (CN-0006/20), for the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).
  • First IT company to obtain certification (COV-2020/0141) for its protocols to combat the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic.
  • ISO 14001 (248809-2017-AE-IBE-ENAC), for the Environmental Management System (EMS).
  • Carbon footprint (CoC) and greenhouse gas (GHG) (2018_00_a450), offsetting and CO2 absorption projects (calculation year 2017 / scope 1+2), verified in 2021 (ES121144-1).
  • National Security Scheme (ENS-0171/21, ENS-2020/0004), both with MEDIA MEDIA category.
  • SGE 21 (318/21), for the Ethical and Socially Responsible Management System (SGRS).
  • Adherence to the Diversity Charter.
  • ISO 19601 (SGCP-0004/2) + ISO 37001 (AS-0003/21), for the Criminal and Anti-Bribery Compliance Management System (SGCP).

Guaranteed continous improvement

Continuous improvement is guaranteed by full-time professionals who identify and propose improvements in a coordinated manner:

  • Quality assurance teams, which carry out an intensive program of audits and reviews.
  • Project and Services Control Office (PCO), which supports the Directorate in the early identification of projects and/or services with potential and/or real problems.
  • Technical Offices, which collect good practices and propose standards and technical and management tools.
  • Factories, software, services and products, which put good practices and lessons learned from certified models and regulations into practice.

We adopt internationally recognized models

Additionally, we adopt internationally recognized models of good practices in:

  • Software development:
    • CMMI® (Capability Maturity Model Integration) level 2 (DEV) (with certification since 2007, renewed in 2017) and level 3 (DEV) (with certification since 2009, renewed in 2018) and level 5 (DEV) (with certification since 2020)
    • PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) with many professionals with PMP certification (from Project Management Institute)
    • Specific certifications for SAP in: AMS (Application Management Services), SAP HANA Operations Services, Cloud Services, and Hosting Services, as well as being a Partner Center of Expertise for SAP.
  • Service Management:
    • CMMI® (Capability Maturity Model Integration) level 2 (SVC) (with certification since 2017)
    • ITIL® (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) with more than 100 certified professionals between Foundation and Service Manager.
    • LEAN IT Foundations, the company with the most certifications worldwide.
    • IT Governance: COBIT5 (more than 10 certified professionals).

Likewise, we are certified as a provider of infrastructure services, and management services and hosting services with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) v3.2.1

We have the Cequal certification category PLUS (005/2018) that distinguishes us as socially responsible with disability, being the first Spanish ICT company to hold this certification.
