Analyze in a holistic way the behavior of our users in our different interaction channels. Develop interaction metrics, usability and pain-points within all our processes. Interact with data science teams to complement user behavior studies Help with data to find areas of improvement to increase conversions within our digital channels Reduce process friction through user testing and usability reviews Implement A/B testing, and customization campaigns using Optimizely, GOOGLE OPTIMIZE or ADOBE TARGET Elaborate functional documents and user manuals for the analysis tools.
